1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a ChatPay account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't register or use the platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ChatPay. By registering, you confirm you meet the age requirement in your country and that the details you've provided are accurate.

3. How ChatPay Works

ChatPay pays you to have conversations with AI. Every message you send is captured as training data — real human input that helps AI systems learn to communicate more naturally. This process is called RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).

Here's how earnings work: you receive a fixed reward for every AI response. Earnings build up in your wallet. To withdraw, you need an active paid subscription. Credits earned during your free trial are not withdrawable until you activate a paid plan.

4. Data Collection & AI Training

Your conversations may be recorded, stored, and anonymised for platform operation and quality improvement. If you separately opt in using the data consent checkbox at signup (or later in Settings → Data & Privacy), your anonymised conversations may also be packaged into training datasets and sold to AI developers and research institutions. Your personal identity is never attached to data sold to third parties.

Opting in to data sale is voluntary and separate from your agreement to these Terms. You may withdraw this consent at any time — withdrawing consent applies to future exports only; data already sold cannot be recalled.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

ChatPay offers a free trial and paid subscription plans. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. Subscription fees are charged upfront. Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

6. Referral Programme

You earn a commission when people you refer purchase paid plans — 10% from direct referrals (Level 1) and 5% from their referrals (Level 2). Commissions are paid in USD to your main wallet. ChatPay may adjust commission rates with reasonable notice.

7. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are subject to the minimum balance requirements of your plan and are processed within 24 hours of request. ChatPay may verify account activity before releasing funds. Accounts found to be generating artificial or low-quality data may have withdrawals held pending review.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly not allowed: using bots or automated tools to generate prompts; creating multiple accounts to exploit the trial or referral system; submitting illegal, harmful, or offensive content; attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit the platform's payment or data systems. Violations may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of earnings.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChatPay is provided as-is. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service or specific earning amounts — these depend on your plan, your activity, and platform availability. ChatPay is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Privacy

We collect your name, email, phone number, country, and conversation data to operate the platform, process payments, and generate anonymised training datasets. We do not sell your personal identity. We use industry-standard encryption. You can request account and data deletion by contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept them. We'll notify you of material changes by email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under applicable law.
